{Some News + A Photoshoot with Emily}

My dear friend, Emily, came over on Saturday. We headed outside and did a photoshoot! 

They are always such fun. *smiles*

But, before I share those pictures, I thought I'd tell you some exciting news...

I got my braces on last week!! :D

Thankfully, it wasn't that painful getting them on, it's just that your teeth get really sore afterwards. 

And eating is a whole different story now! *blushes* Btw, in case you couldn't tell from the picture(s), I chose purple and teal on every other tooth for my colors. But, I'm pretty much used to my braces now, and the soreness isn't there anymore--so that's good! *smiles* 

I just have to keep thinking about the pretty smile that will reward me in the end!
