This new year has been so refreshing.
The Lord has been changing my heart, teaching me new things. It has been really exciting so far!
I have been getting to know friends at our new church, doing a great Bible study by Leslie Ludy called Setapart Girl {she is a wonderful speaker/writer--challenging young women to save their hearts for their future Prince Charming.}, writing away, reading, taking pictures, listening to music, doing schoolwork...spending time with Jesus and putting my hope in Him! :)
I have also been privileged to become a part of a new blog on the block, called Altogether Separate!
What an amazing opportunity God has given me in this. This blog is a place for Christian homeschooled girls to meet other bloggers and to find encouragement in their walk.
Be sure to check it out! {You can read my first post here}.
We would love for you to spread the word! :)
I really want to make a difference in the world for God this year...
Sometimes I'm frustrated by my health limitations {Lyme Disease},
but I know that it's His will for my life to not do a lot right now. I read a wonderful quote by Martin Luther King, Jr. the other day that really made me smile...
“If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way.” Well said! {happy birthday, martin luther k., jr.!}
So, what has been occupying your time lately?
Lovely post.I like the way God is leading you & the way He is guiding you, in the way you should go.Loved the quote too.Hope you have a lovely day!
ReplyDeleteSchool has been occupying my time! =) That, and a lot of photography, writing, and reading. I hope to do as much as possible in the short time I have on this earth! Your post was very challenging as I realized that time flies, and what do we do with it?
ReplyDeleteYour new Bible study sounds good! May God strengthen you as you continue hoping and trusting in Him! :D
